To “course correct” means to fix a situation where there is currently a problem. The quote that really stood out to me was the caller who said he was turning into someone he never wanted to be. And now in Bogota, they have created a way to help individuals “course correct,” or fix the situation. The consulting team had to “course correct” the project after the client disagreed with the direction.
