Public face

The “public face” is a person that represents an organization to the public, or a spokesperson. He (Jürgen Conings) went to the personal residence of Marc Van Ranst, Belgium’s top virologist and the “public face” of the country’s pandemic response, or the country’s pandemic response spokesperson. The CEO is often the “public face” of an organization.
