Skimpy

“Skimpy” means not enough or not large enough. Lately, I started to notice my third salad was a little “skimpy,” or my salad wasn’t large enough. The information in the user manual is “skimpy” and not particularly helpful. The teenager’s clothing was a little “skimpy” for the party.
