Zero tolerance

“Zero tolerance” is a policy or attitude of not accepting a certain behavior or activity. Detective Stabler has to adapt to the times, with stricter rules on police behavior, cameras everywhere, and “zero tolerance” for mistakes. The current police environment does not allow for mistakes, or has “zero tolerance” for mistakes. The parents had “zero tolerance” for their kids getting home past their curfew. The store manager implemented a “zero-tolerance” policy for anyone giving discounts to their friends.
