Hone a system

In today’s episode, you heard that Mumbai’s famous dabbawalas have honed their lunchbox delivery system over many years. They have gradually perfected the system over many years. They have made it better and better, little by little, over the years. JR and I have honed our system of producing Plain English–and now I don’t forget to write the web site content anymore!
