"Round numbers" are numbers that are easy to understand, like 10, 20, 4,000, and 1 million. Numbers like 13.4 and 11,259 are not round numbers.

Jeff uses numbers like 10, 25%, and 40. It’s easier to do math on these numbers than, say, 13, 21%, or 47. “Round numbers” aren’t always the most accurate, but they are easier to understand.
