Seafood with a side of biology at Europe’s first underwater restaurant
A new restaurant on the southern coast of Norway has a unique location: it's underwater. Appropriately named "Under," the restaurant will serve a multi-course tasting menu of seafood and local ingredients. It will also study the surrounding marine life.
